Hello, here’s Renaud.
I want to give my sincere apologies for not having been in school today, and to have let the teachers who were expecting me down, especially Mrs *****.
I feel so ashamed of myself. I am perfectly fine, I just couldn’t wake up – I just woke up right now (14h45).
The thing is, I can’t explain what happened: I’m fit and healthy, I have no sleeping problem, no alarm problem, I don’t have any mental or emotional stress and I had prepared what I had to do.
Maybe the fact that I dreamt that I was an assistant in a school with teachers who are in Castle Hall didn’t help, but… this is no excuse. Moreover, I had a wonderful day on Wednesday, so I really have no excuse.
I will of course catch these hours up (with interests!) during half term, where I will have quite a lot of things to do, with the videos for the VAL of March and all these listening and reading for the Year 11.
I hope you understand my embarassment for only having such a foolish explanation, which cannot justify my absence.

Dont worry Renaud, Im just glad you’re not ill. We were all getting a little worried. You must’ve needed your sleep. Do you want to come in tomorrow instead? We have French with Y9 period 2 and Y8 period 3 and Y7 period 7? Any good?
